Without creating social movement to ensure CRC at
family and society level child rights will not be ensured and children will not
be protected their rights from state as well as family. So there is high need
to create awareness raising on CRC at family and society level and social
movement for child rights. It was founded that child torched, abuse become
raise high, domestic workers passing their life with very measurable condition,
working children also violating their rights. But peoples have no voice and no
actions to resist these types of social crime. Besides child rights and child
development activities become commercialization and funding for child rights
and development to child focus NGOs diverted to commercialization and contractors
and they are making money in the name of child rights protection. The peoples
raising voices anti-NGOs concept development models, but some contractors using
trade license in the name of NGOs holding most of the local and international
fund. So, now the time to resist this types of social crime child rights
activities must be child focus NGOs and humanitarian groups and stop commercialization
of child rights activities and funding process. There is high need to formulate
separate procurement policy for NGOs and non-profit sector in Bangladesh. These were stated by the speakers on 6th
