As a result the young generation unable to put their vibrant potentialities in the professional life as a successful citizen, who contribute our nation for forwarding looking on prosperities. Because the young will lead the nation. Unfortunately the national leaders  without creating any hope for youth force treated as problem rather as resource for nation. The present educational system of Bangladesh developing literally sound but have to teach their professional skill and practical life oriented education. Finally we have seen, after graduation from university, youth unable to equipped with the working places and even use the learning skills. The university gives us literate peoples but have no skill professionals. As a result the national corporate houses and other multinational companies are fully depends on neighborhood countries. So there is a high need to incorporate the life skill training with existing curriculum of the educational system and create professional and practical oriented education system. Mr. Ahmed Bari gives importance to give positive education and boycott the negative lesions, most the time parents behave negative attitudes to their kids from boyhood. The politicians, teachers and society always teaches negative attitudes to the young, but if we can create hopes they must be give good results. The youth dedicated and win victory in the liberation war in 1971, literacy movement in 1952 etc. They are not aware out proud history of liberation war and other movement, which is our proud. But the politicians only uses as tools for political games. The speakers also urge the youth not to use optimist and emotional practices and be practical in every stage of life. They also said part time job is open for everywhere in the world but the only tuition is not the part time job for a students and it’s not a good impact in future job. Some of the university graduates are not able to write CV for job perfectly. Some others also horse race with share market, Unipay2u, destiny and other MLM for golden jubilee of solvency, finally fall down from the race. If the youth can use their potentialities with internees and part time job with corporate houses, business groups and others profession later they can easily equipped with the professional life and job placement.
